Life Saver
So for my job I pretty much sit at a desk all day, not counting the 4 to 5 times I have to take a trip up to the third story, or the couple of trips to the lady's room. I was beginning to worry that my fanny would fuse to my chair and that body would forever hate me for what my office job was doing to it so I decided to switch out my chair for a body ball. The first time Ashton came to my office, after I had made the switch, he kind of gave me a puzzled look and said..."Okay Dwight." If any of you know or watch the office their in an episode where Dwight gets a body ball to sit in at his desk (totally hilarious.) I couldn't help myself, even though I don't bounce around obnoxiously or do hip thrusts with deep breathing... I had to laugh at the still evident similarity. Anyways, I am going on three weeks of it now and love it. I can't imagine going back to a normal office chair. Plus my waist line, legs, and buns have stayed the same if not gotten smaller, which is always a plus. Thank you BELL (the company that makes my body ball)!!!

That is such a good idea. Luckily I get to move around all day at my job, otherwise I'd be doing the same thing. Very smart. And too funny about The Office.
they are also great great great when you're pregnant, and I totally use them when I'm in labor too.
That is one of my favorite moments on the office: when Jim punctures Dwights body ball with scissors. I'm sure you pull it off better than Dwight does. :)
this is a great idea. i sit alot when i'm workin on the computer and i'm always trying to think of ways to not get a flat butt from it...also cori's right this things are super for labor. :)
