Well my tunic is done. Finished it yesterday and washed it today. It was a little tricky, there's a lot of gather work on this one. I am a little disappointed, because the design of the material, while I love it, is pretty busy and hides a lot of the hard work I put into it. But, oh well, it was more of a practice piece. I did learn quite a bit in making this one, and the best part... it is incredibly comfortable. I hope you enjoy it... I also got this fabric for 40 percent off at the fabric store:):):) Oh yeah!
(Sorry about the flash in this one)
I played around with different stitch patterns on this project, and I think it payed off. Look how well the sleeve hem matches:)
I hope you enjoyed this one! I know I will when I wear it tomorrow:):):)

Thanks Meghan!! Okay, I LOVE all your fashion creations! I wish we lived closer to you so I could hire you to create my wardrobe! Seriously I need to get better at sewing. We should do some crafty stuff together at the reunion this summer!
SO cute! I love the buttons on the side too. I'm super impressed with your latest projects! (not that I'm surprised, though). I wish I could sew like that. You should do some sort of tutorial... at least showing how you sew sleeves on.
Thanks guys, you are too nice... I will try to show more pictures of the process:) I kind of figure it out as I go. I will try to get some shots in that show the process:)
Megs, look at you, you little creative girl! Fabulous job!
